Sweet & Sour Cucumbers


- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried tarragon, crushed
- ¼ tsp dried parsley


Score cucumbers lengthwise with fork and slice paper thin.
Place in a plastic storage container and pour remaining
ingredients over them. Cover with tight fitting lid and shake to mix.
Chill for several hours.
