Chicken/Beef Marinade

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, fresh or chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper

Mix together and use for beef or chicken.
Soak meat for at least 1 hour, turning halfway through. Can be soaked overnight as well for more tenderness.
