Cauliflower

- 2 head of cauliflower
- ½ stick butter
- flour
- milk
- 2 eggs
- American cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Paprika

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Boil cauliflower.
Melt butter in a separate sauce pan.
Add enough flour to make even consistency.
Add warm milk to make a think white sauce.
Take 2 eggs and beat.
Add a little warm milk and a little white sauce mix.
Add enough egg mixture to white sauce mixture.
Add a few bits of American cheese to cauliflower.
Drain cauliflower.
Add sauce to cauliflower.
Spread cauliflower on a cookie sheet.
Pour melted butter over top of cauliflower.
Sprinkle paprika and parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
