Basil Spinach Pesto

- 1 cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh spinach
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 10 cloves


Puree all ingredients in a blender.
Thin with warm water.
Keeps for weeks in a jar.
Use in sauces, salad dressings, soups and as an artichoke stuffing.
