Egg Drop Soup
- 1 quart chicken broth - 1 cup spinach, coarsely chopped - ½ cup frozen peas, or peas freshly shelled - 2 eggs, lightly beaten Heat chicken broth. Add spinach and peas. Bring to a simmer. Slowly pour in eggs, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
