Chicken Potstickers

- 1 ½ lbs of ground chicken or turkey
- ½ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup green cabbage
- 1/3 cup green onion
- 2 tsp ginger toot
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1 pkg round wonton skins
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 tsp soy sauce


Cook ground chicken or turkey.
Add all items except for the wonton skins, chicken broth and soy sauce to the cooked chicken or turkey and continue cooking together.
Take the wonton skins and brush edges with water. Fill with about a spoonful of mixture and pull one corner over the other and pinch sides together. On medium heat (spray pan with non-stick vegetable oil) place about 12 of the potstickers in the pan for 3 minutes on one side. Flip and put ½ cup of broth and soy sauce mix in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
