- 1 (40) oz can sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ stick butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
CREAM POTATOES AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS.
MIX THOROUGHLY AND POUR INTO CASSEROLE DISH.
TOPPING:
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
Cut together and add nuts last. Sprinkle on top of other mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
