- ½ cup oleo
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk (add 1 tbsp vinegar to milk and add ¼ cup chocolate chips)
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups finely grated zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine oleo, sugar and oil. Cream together. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Add zucchini last and then spoon into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan, greased and floured. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 45 minutes.
