Batter:

- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Topping:

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup nuts

Mix batter ingredients together and pour into a greased 9X9 pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
