turkey wraps

- 4 rolls of cresent roll dough (Pillsbury)

- 2 blocks of softened cream cheese

- garlic powder

- fresh spinach, cabbage or leaf lettuce (or all three)

- deli sliced skinless turkery, sliced thin

- fresh or dried herbs - rosemary, dill, parsley, etc. (optional)

 

Mix softened cream cheese together until it's smooth. Add garlic powder to season and any fresh or dried herbs you choose. Spread a small amount of mixture to cover the surface of the sectioned dough leaving 1/2" around the edges. Add spinach or lettuce to cover and add a slice
of turkey. Roll the dough, pinch the sides and cut into slices. Bake according to dough package (usually 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
These are best served immediately, or you can freeze them.
