Mix softened cream cheese together until it's smooth. Add salsa (the amount will depend on
how strong you want it to taste - start with a little then add more until it's where you want it
to be).Add diced chili's or jalapenos - just enough to give it a little more flavor. Add garlic powder
to season. Spread a small amount of mixture to cover the entire surface of the tortilla leaving 1/2" around the edges. Roll the tortillas and cut into slices. These can be frozen for a couple weeks, otherwise keep refrigerated until you are ready to eat.
