- 2 dozen large mushroom caps
- 1/3 cup crab meat
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup minced onions
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- garlic powder for seasoning
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
Sautee onions in ¼ cup butter. Melt ¼ cup butter to dip caps in. Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add the sautéed onions.
Dip caps in melted butter.
Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees until brown.
