THL section: RECIPES: APPETIZERS: CRAB CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

crab cream cheese spread

- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 2 tsp horseradish (or more to taste)

- 1 tbsp milk

- 6 oz frozen crab meat, thawed

- ¼ cup grated onion


Blend cream cheese, horseradish and milk. Add crab meat and onion, mix well. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
