Offering Simplicity
Taking care of our bodies seems to be one of the most difficult things for people. Maybe it's because we tend to jump right in and begin the routine as if we've been doing it for years. When we grow tired or don't see immediate results, we back off and eventually quit. Why not start with something simple if you are trying to take better care of your body. Begin by drinking more water (purified or spring is best since it lacks many of the harmful toxins in tap water) - and walk more. Simple enough. Replace your soda with water - one by one. Now, walk for 20 minutes every night, then 30, then 40. Just those two steps alone will allow you to see results in physically feeling better. Baby steps!
